The future, simplified – Cavell CCS 2022
Hundreds of people from Telcos and UC Service Providers will gather in London on the 9th March 2022 to plan the future of Cloud-based Communications. The annual Cavell summit attracts a crowd of Vendors and Service Providers, all driven by one goal – the success of the Cloud UC and VoIP market.
We’ve seen a greater presence from new players in the last few years; Microsoft, Google and Zoom, all with competing and complementary propositions – invigorating the market and bringing a renewed sense of enthusiasm for innovation.
Telcos and Service Providers are now seeing the value of partnering with these tech giants through programmes like Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Operator Connect. Gone are the days of simply trying to compete with the major platforms, instead focusing on integration, where appropriate, to improve customer experience and ultimately the value proposition.
Of course, not everyone uses Microsoft Teams, Google Voice, or Zoom Phone. There is still an important place for UC and VoIP Providers with Cisco BroadWorks infrastructure, alongside Ribbon and Oracle SBC technology. SIP and VoIP in “The Cloud” is now mature, and many believe an equally mature technology stack, coupled with a proven Telco track record, is precisely what customers need.
At Netaxis, we believe that the future isn’t just about one “flavour” of Unified Communications. Combining different VoIP and UC platforms can create unique integrations that provide fantastic user experiences to delight customers and Service Providers alike.
Netaxis are Gold Sponsors at this year’s event, and we’ve got lots of exciting things planned, including a Keynote by Tref Davies (not to be missed!) and a competition to win one of two DJI Mini SE drones (with the Fly more addon) – no expense spared! 🙂
We’ll be talking about all things Microsoft Teams, Cisco BroadWorks, Oracle and Ribbon related. We’ll also have some exciting announcements about our latest “cloud-native” SaaS product enhancements, SREaaS and APIO.
Fraud is still a hot topic, and with the increase in remote working, organisations need to understand the changing nature of call patterns and how to detect and prevent malicious traffic. Fresh from its CCUK award win last year, Engo continues to be at the forefront of innovation in the field of Fraud analytics and mitigation. As a complex challenge, we’re always happy to demystify this subject, and we’ll be glad to discuss more, face to face, at the event.
We’re available all day on-site if you would like a free 1:1 consultancy session about any of these challenges with one of our experts or even a senior management team member. You can book that session here.
If you haven’t already registered, you can use the “SPONSORPARTNER22” discount code on Service Provider Tickets (Conference Only).
We’re are looking forward to seeing you all there to talk about a simpler and more profitable future of UC!
